Premium and HULU - billing SNAFU

I just combined my premium spotify subscription with my hulu subscription.   The biling section says that I will be charged 12.99 on 5.4.  I though the first 3 months were for $0.99 and then in the 4th month you started seeing $12.99 bilings.  What am I missing?  How do I correct this?

Right now, the $0.99 promotion for Hulu is only available to users that haven't had a Premium trial before.

Since you were already on a Spotify subscription, the bundle is $12.99 per month.
