Premium and Hulu - Wrong Account Associated

My Question or Issue

 I tried to take spotify up on the offer for Premium and Hulu but for some reason it associated my wifes spotify account with instead.  I canceled the offer on her account and tried to use my won but it says I have already taken  advantage of the offer.  Is there any way I can use this spotify account and my hulu account for the offer rather than my wife's?

Thanks for your help.  I was having a hard time finding the actual tech support but we connected this morning and got it all figuresd out.
