Premium benefits

Hi!! I need help! I'm currently on premium but, I can't place a song on loop, or go back to the previous song, songs are being played that are not on my playlist, and lastly whenever I skip some songs I only have a few songs to skip. And I have this message saying premium benefit only. But I already paid my subscription to be a premium member!!

Have you tried to reinstall your app? If not, here's a step by step tutorial how to do it.
