Hey again, @xXOCTOSCOPEXx

So, about the conversion to a Family plan, I suggest that you check out this article to make sure that your account is safe, since you don't recognize this activity by yourself. And when your account turned on a Family subscription, the money that was put on your account was used to pay for it, so considering the difference in price between both plans (Premium and Premium for Family), when your account was reverted again to the normal Premium, the time of Premium was cut out just because you didn't have sufficient funds to pay for it anymore until the expected date (July 3rd).

Let me know if you have any further questions or if you need more help in something.

Best Regards,

hezorg

Hey, @xXOCTOSCOPEXx

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting! I hope you don't mind I'm answering in English.

About your issue, just to clarify, you bought Gift Cards, but they are not working for you after you go out a Family Plan? I'm waiting for your reply.
