Premium canceled

Good Morning.

I'm a Portuguese user of Spotify.

I have Premium (anual) subscrition for 3 years.

Last year happened to me that my premium was suddenly canceled without warning. I was expecting some kind of warning that my payment wasn't working, but no. Suddenly I was free and not premium.

I quickly paid and started listening premium, but it began to arrive emails warning that my subscrition was going to be cnaceled due to lack of payment... I was quite confused because I wasn't warned in the first place and after I paid the warning started coming... I managed to get to a real time help chat (that I just can't find now) and the person on the other side was great. Found my payment and fixed it. 
Now...yeaterday my account went free again suddenly. I checked and yes, it was pay day... I don't know why there isn't any warning...
And I would just pay as I did last year, but I fear that the same thing will happen and I don't have the chat available.

Anybody had this problem before?

Provavelmente você tem mais de uma conta no Spotify e está a entrar na errada. Isso é muito comum, principalmente quando há login via Facebook envolvido. Pra conferir se esse é o seu caso, dá uma olhada no guia para verificar se você tem alguma outra conta.
