My Question or Issue

I'm trying to accept my duo invite but even though my premium has been cancelled with Vodafone (two days ago) it's still showing I have a subscription with them. I've tried messaging Spotify through their link in Facebook but have had no response from them for over 12 hours now. I'm very frustrated with this as I cannot get hold of anyone in Spotify who seems to want to help other than referring me back to Vodafone who cannot help any more as my subscription is no longer active. What can I do? I hope someone can help. Thanks.

Hi there @Bemakers,

 

Thanks for reaching out. From what you've described, it sounds like you have what's called partner subscription. These are managed entirely by whatever partner company provides them (in your case Vodafone) and we have no way of cancelling such a subscription from our end. This is why our colleagues from the support team have referred you back to Vodafone, as only they can influence this. After this subscription has been cancelled and your account has reverted to free, you will be able to join the Duo plan. So please reach out to Vodafone one more time, clarify the situation and ask them to look into it again.
