My Question or Issue:

This app has been charging 4times on my account even though my subscription was free. I don't know how to cancel my subscription, and when I go to help and follow the instructions given. I still can't cancel the subscription because it always appearing that my subscription is free, so how can I cancel that and how can you reverse the charges been charged to my account?
