Premium country change - payment method card

Hi all,

I am Premium. I just moved from Europe to USA. I want to switch to USA. 

I have an american credit card, but after i choose USA as my country, and then i go the subscription update and then method of payment update.. I input my new american credit card, this message appear " It looks like your card is from a non-Spotify country.

Unfortunately we haven't launched in this country yet. You need to use a card issued in a Spotify launched market."

--> How can i resolve this problem ? of course spotify is in US.. and i have an HSBC US bank account and US credit card...

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
