Premium didn’t sync on Spotify account

Premium didn’t sync on Spotify account

Hi, I paid for Spotify Premium from my provider (Globe) and got a message that my premium is already active but the premium is not sync on my Spotify account. Meaning my account still says my subscription is free. What can I do to get the premium subscription I paid for? By the way I’m using iPhone if that will help. Thanks.

Your subscription is managed via Globe, so I'd recommend reaching out to them regarding any subscription-related issues 🙂
