This morning, I noticed my Spotify plan had been changed from Premium to a Free one. I paid for it, thinking my Premium plan had been disabled because there hadn’t been paid yet, but later saw that the payment for this month had already been made on January 9th. So there was already paid last week, yet I had to pay once again so that I could use my Premium plan... why did my Premium plan get changed into a Free one, when there was already paid, and is there a way for me to get my money back?

I have the same problem! This morning it suddenly changed to free.. even I paid 3 days ago and I have the account for several years.
