Premium does't works on device and pc

On the spotify website I say I have the premium account but on pc and cell phone me from the spotify free account...Why? (I've activated a month of spotify about a week ago)

Check that your Premium isn’t on another account

If your payment isn’t pending, you might be logged in to another account you have.

Did you check the status of your subscription here ? If it says that you have Premium, then you logged to the wrong account on your mobile and desktop.

Please check it again and let me know.
