Premium doesn't work

Hi! 

I have recently summit to have spotify premium but it doesn't work. I already have the receipt but my account doesn't recognize me as a premium user.

Anybody can help me with my problem?

I think theres a bug today or something

 

 

Are they supposed to send my any code of premium upgrade? 

no 

but my phone says the date when it ends but it isn't on my spotify

 

Have you tried restarting the app?

 Have de same problem! i been paying for 8 months and cant use it!!!!!!! and there's no mail where i write to someone..

I am paying for 6 months! But it does'nt work either. Ridiculous that we can't contact anyone to get this solved!

Have you tweeted @SpotifyCares? They always help.

Really upset with the fact I can't get in contact with any one from spotify. I am payning since september 2016!! And it doens't work.

Before it did because I got it through a package with KPN.

I even payed dubble for 6 months!

This is ridiculous!!!!

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook  They usually respond within 48 hours!
