Hi, i have trouble with my Premium account.Could you help me please?

  3 months ago i used free Premium as a special offer by Vodafone and its validity finished on last week.Despite i didn't take an information message about this, my Premium membership is renewed.I checked my bank account and i noticed that.Even if i want to renewed, i don't like without permission so i cancelled Premium but payment is done. Altough it should be valid until 18th Sept, i can't listen musics offline. I tried logout/login but still does'nt work.

Sorry to hear this. Could you try following these steps to see if that helps at all?

 

If youโ€™re still having trouble, I would contact Vodafone to see if they are able to help in this case.

Yes i followed these steps but i couldn't find any solution and also i don't think that Vodafone can help me ๐Ÿ˜„ because my Premium account is inconnected with Vodafone no longer.
