I recently upgraded my spotify to premium using the free 3 month trial thats going on right now. I revieved a receipt per email and checked multiple times if it really was the right account, yet the account still shows as free. I tried the same with a second account and ran into the same issue. The thing is that both payments show as completed on my bank account, meaning that i have two subscriptions now that i cant cancel because both accounts still show as free. How do i fix this? I don’t want to be eventually paying for something i cant fix.
