I already pay for premium but it doesn't works. What should i do?:((

There's no receipts but my service provider said it was successfully payment. Idk what to do

Hey @Joonslady1,

 

In that case if no payment is showing up on your Spotify account page I would suggest for you to ask your provider for any receipt of the payment - as the payment is done by them.
