My Question or Issue Bank card was charged 6 hours ago. Still says I have Free account. Support offering no resolution.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

Could you check your bank statement and see whether the amount has indeed been transferred or does it have the status pending? You can also check your receipts to make sure the payment came through. 


If you've been charged but don't see your Premium features, we recommend that you visit this page. There you'll find the most common causes for this issue, as well as how to avoid them. 


If that doesn't fix things, you can post a screenshot of your account overview page. You can use the Insert Photos option in the post editor to do this. Just be sure to hide any personal or sensitive information.
