I recently subscribed to Premium duo. I sent my partner the link for the second account. We live together, both our accounts have the region set to France, and we put the exact same address when registering the second account, however, Spotify keeps saying that we live in different places, What can I do?

Could you send another invite to your partner using a different browser or private window? 

 

If that doesn’t help, attach a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community. Additionally, make sure that your partner’s account and your account both have your country settings set to France. You can check to make sure here.
