Premium duo doesn’t work

Premium duo doesn’t work

Hello everyone 

Me and my boyfriend got the spotify premium duo and we got it along time ago and we didn’t have any problem with it , but this time we did pay again and it did work at first but then the app shuts down and when i tried to open it it told me to pay the premium duo again. I did log out and log in and nothing, i even removed the app and installed again but nothing did work .

can you guys help me please ?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

Sounds like there was a failed payment. I recommend the plan owner checks their order history to see if a payment for October has been made. If there isn't one, they can simply re-enter their payment details on their account page and that should do the trick. More info on failed payments here.
