Wenn ich mein Premium duo Abo zu Premium Family wechsel, verliert dann mein Partner all seine Playlists? Oder werden diese gespeichert?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome! I hope you don’t mind me replying in English.

I moved your post from Chat to a relevant Help board, where it fits better.

No worries, you keep all your playlists and saved music no matter which plan you switch to or from (including the free plan); so your partner will be able to keep their playlists when you change your plan from Premium Duo to Premium Family.

However, note that after switching to Premium Family, at your next payment date (which you can view on your account page), your partner’s account will revert to the free plan. You can then invite them (as well as other members of your residence) to the new Premium Family plan by following the steps in this support article.
