Premium Duo

My Question or Issue

My Dad and me want to upgrade to premium Duo. He is concerned ,as he owns a free versions and I a premium version, that his playlist won’t be saved when he joins the Premium Duo option.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

No worries, you keep all of your playlists and saved music no matter which plan you switch to or from (including the free plan); so your Dad won't lose his playlists if he switches to Premium Duo. 

You or your Dad can sign up for Premium Duo as the plan manager here, and then invite the other member by following these steps. 

Bear in mind that to accept the invite, the other member must live at the same address as the plan manager. Also note that members can only switch between different Premium Duo or Premium Family plans once a year.
