My Question or Issue

Inluso despues de haber pagado la tarheta con la que tenemos el plan familiar, en mi cuenta Spotify dice que todavia esta en pausa porque no se pudo efectuar el pago. ¿Cuanto tiempo tendria que esperar pqra que se efectue? ¿Si no se efectua que tengo que hacer? ¿Y por que al resto de mi familia se lo paso a la version estandar y solo a mi me tiene bloqueada del uso de la app?
