Premium expired after 8 days...

Hi I bought a card for 1 month premium on 6/4/20 and today it reverted to free membership....what gives....

Can you let me know your Spotify account status here? If it says Free, try following the steps provided in this support article here

 

And just to confirm, you paid for Spotify Premium using a gift card? Additionally, when you attempt to use any Premium features on your device, do you get a message saying that you need Premium to continue (such as downloading a song, or unlimited skips)?

Hi @billy-j, my account status says free. The article wasn't very helpful as I used a gift card like I said. I tried logging out and back in but that didn't work either. I have the recipt and order ID, it says i used the gift card on june 4. However, the last payment before that was exactly 2 months ago, i ran out of money on my card and it couldn't take the payment. Maybe it didnt revert my premium for some reason (and gave me a negative balance?)

In this case, please get in touch with Customer Support here. Explain the issue you're having there, and they'll take a look and do their best to help.
