My Question or Issue

Ho raggiunto il plafond per questo mese della carta di credito con cui pago Spotify.

ho già ricevuto le mail di avviso ma il 31/8 Chiudono L’account.

la carta avrà disponibilità il giorno dopo,l’1 settembre.

si può fare qualcosa?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, since that's the official language of the Community.

 

If the system cannot withdraw the monthly subscription on the date it's supposed to, it will automatically try again over the course of the next week. So your subscription will not be cancelled for another few days. You can have a look at this article for more info.
