Premium family subscription suddenly changed to free

Premium family subscription suddenly changed to free

Hi,

 

My Family Premium subscription suddenly changed to a free subscription without any notification or whatever. If I log in to my account I can see my last subscription payment on the 10th of april. I tried looking if I accidential made a second account but that wasn't the case. Also I logged out to my account on alle devices because that could be one of the solutions. But this didn't work either. Does somebody has a solution for me?

In this case, it's best to reach out to Customer Support so that they can look into this.
