Premium fee charged from inaccessible account

My girlfriend has two premium spotify accounts, of which she can only access one. The other account was set up using a throwaway email address which she can't use again and therefore she cant log in. She is using currently the other account successfully, but is being charged twice from her card every month. How can she remove the subscription from the inaccessible account.
