My Question or IssueSigned up for premium for family when Microsoft dumped groove, using the link in Groove if I remember correctly. Worked fine until this week. Opening spotify on any device - android smartphone, windows 10 - no longer has default premium for family, just free private account. Resetting password just resets free account. Yet am still being charged for premium for family. Any advice on how to access PforF account when email address/username doesnt appear to be linked? Or how to contact spotify?

oh sorry to hear that. if you login to one spotify account on a desktop you can click the account button and view your plan
