i was a premium member for a few months, then upgraded to family, and now it wont auto renew my membership, why?? Was fine during my single premium account.

Did your subscription revert to Free without a warning? You should have received an email or an in-app notification letting you know about your failed payment.
For now, try signing up again to see if the issue ever occurs again. If it does, don't hesitate to let us know about it.
