Premium for Family only plays on 1 device...!

I had a Premium account and my wife and son signed up for a free account, i then got Spotify Premium for Family and invited them but they still cant listen to their own music on ipad and phone while i'm listening to music on my phone, it just shows with continue listening on this device or listen on other device.

It doesnt seem like this Spotify for Family subscription works, and i'm paying for it.

Hey @drogen_omen,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time.

 

To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.

Thank you, that worked.

 

Both my son and wife have their own accounts but were signed in to spotify app with my account.

 

logged my account out and logged their accuonst in and now all working.
