Premium for family changed to free account

Premium for family changed to free account

I am living with my friends and we opted for a Premium for Family plan. Recently, my account got changed to a free account. I cannot contact Spotify on this matter. What should I do?

Hey @Joy090394, help's at hand.

 

To check, are you definitely logged into the correct account? You should be able to see that you're the owner of the plan when logging in here, too.

 

It's also worth knowing if all your other members of the plan have been reverted to Free too, or if it's just you seeing this. If it's just you, it's more likely that you'll be logged into a second account on the Free tier.

 

We'd suggest taking a look at the support article for Premium for Family subscriptions. There's a section at the bottom called 'Why was I removed from the Premium for Family Plan?' which should help you out.

 

Have a look at all the sections on that support article to check if there's anything that might be causing this for you and your plan members.
