Premium for family not working

Hello,

 

Me and my wife bought the premium for family subscription on my account, but when I sent her the invite she cannot get verified to use it. It happens after she submits her address. I can't see my address in spotify and I can't figure out where the problem is, because we added the correct address. Does anyone have any recommendation how to solve this?

I am having the exact same problem.

We spent several hours trying to solve this, but cannot fix it.

We are on verge of cancelling Spotify - as they make the Family Plan as difficult as possible to add people.

Totally unacceptable
