My Question or Issue
Hi have recently purchased a family premium account and sent invites to my partner and children. While my partner and one child succeded to join the plan, my other child did not and his acount is still a free account and won't feature any of the premium features as listed (no advertisment, saved playlist, etc). I have been desperate to get in touch with customer support and sent email but unfortunately no answer so far.
Is there any one who can help with the matter?
