Bonjour,

J'utilisais Spotify gratuitement depuis quelques mois et j'ai voulu essayer Free Premium pour 30 jours avant de commencer à payer. J'ai cliqué sur essayer premium gratuitement pour 30 jours et j'ai rempli le formulaire. J'ai toutefois eu la surprise d'avoir été chargé sur ma carte de crédit. J'aimerais, s'il-vous-plait, avoir le premier mois gratuit tel que vous annoncez constament.

Have you tried Spotify Premium in the past?

 

If you haven't, could you send me a screenshot of your Receipts page? Just make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I do not remember trying the Premium in the past and there is no trace of the trial on my receipt page. I attached the screenshot of my receipts page.
