My Question or Issue

I am riding the transcontinental race which is a gruelling 400/+km bike race, very sleep deprived, very drained. Hoping to access my playlist but my payment for premium is never accepted because it is from another country than that I am going through.

 

It is urgent, please solve!

With the help of our colleagues from customer support as a one time gesture of goodwill, we've made some magic backstage and you should hopefully have Premium by the end of the race.
