Premium gift account not delivered

I bought a gift premium card (the 1 year One) last week, and I asked to have It delivered today (on 5th of april) , but the person Who was supposed to have It hadn't recived anything yet.

How Can I check everyting is ok?

Can you please tell the person to check their email junk/**bleep** folder? It's possible that the email has landed there.

Thanks Maxime but I already checked It. Is there someone Who knows if I could ask to send me again the confirmation mail.. and how?

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so that they can look into this issue. Make sure to include a screenshot of the Gift Card receipt in your message to them.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
