My Question or Issue

 I purchased a gift card to continue my Premium subscription. I do this every 6 months. The card was activated in the store, I have the receipt indication the activation, as well as the actual card. But when inputting the information I receive an error message, saying the code is not valid. The store doesn't take any responsibility and says I need to contact Spotify. Very frustrating.

Hi there. Yes, I have checked all the information but none of the points apply. Also, the status in my profile is up to date and OK.

Can you please try to redeem your code using an entirely different device or an Incognito Window in your browser?
