Premium got cancelled (mobile payment - Philippines - Globe Telecom)

Premium got cancelled (mobile payment - Philippines - Globe Telecom)

I've been using premium since 2018. Recently, my premium got cancelled. Whenever I try to subscribe again, I don't receive any PIN on my mobile number, but when I use another mobile number (from the same telecom - Globe) I do receive a PIN.

Your help regarding this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you!

If you're having difficulties renewing your Premium plan, we'd first off recommend checking out this support page and following the steps outlined under Pay by mobile.


In case the issue persists you can also contact our billing partner Fortumo at their website so that they can look into things.
