My Question or Issue

 Spotify recognises I'm a premium user in the smartphone but not when I log in in my home computer. I just have one accounta The only "strange" thing with my account is I created it in France, now I live in spain. No trouble with this last yearsy

Ok, the question can be deleted. It looks like spotify doesn't recognise your account... . The one later you linked ro fb as the same accounts. .. Even if it is linked to the same e-maile and you never ever created a new hole account.

Hi Lesna,

It appears as though your laptop is not a premium member although your phone is and you have paid for premium for both devices, is that correct?

Some trouble shooting ideas I can recommend include 

1. Logging in and out

On your laptop, open the spotify application. go to your account and attempt to log out. close the application then proceed to open the application and log back in.

2. Spotify's Website

On your laptop, open your internet browser, followed by going to spotify's website https://www.spotify.com and logging in to the account page. Under account overview, find the tab "Offline Devices". In this tab you hsould see all devices that are synced to your premium account. Your phone should be there. Spotify premium accounts allow for a maximum of three offline devices at a time. If you have more than three, I suggest removing the least important device from this list. Once this has been completed, Follow the instructions in recommendation 1 (Logging in and out) above. 

3. Re-install

This is the most tedious of solutions, but have you tried to uninstall the spotify application from your laptop, followed by reinstalling again?
