Premium is not Verified and changes to free User

Hello Community,

 

I use a family account (Premium User) for over a month.

Today I got an email that my account was not verified and I'm currently a free user again.

What could be the reason ?

i too had to send several invites to my husband to join the premium for family, finally managed to sign up, he enjoyed the package for about a week or so and he today receives an email informing they cannot verify his account for the package...what does this mean and how to go about to rectify this?
