Premium isn't working?

Premium isn't working?

I purchased the three months premium trial at £0.99 a month and then purchased the full price at £9.99 (trans code <removed sensitive info>) but since switching phones to an upgrade my Spotify hasn't worked. Could you advise wether I'm using the wrong log in details (invoice was sent to the email im using to log in with)

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
