Premium just not working

I have paid my subscription . On your computer it said im on premium . On my account it said im on premium . But yet when i go to listen to my playlists , with no wifi or data off , it keeps popping up " no internet connection " . If i am paying for a premium account i want to be able to use the premium featurs . This is my 3rd time contacting the companie over the same issue .

No worries, you'll only need to download your playlists for Offline Mode. Here you can see how to do it: https://support.spotify.com/article/listen-offline/.

Hello, almost same problem here I need a refund for the promo I was trying to apply, I received the promo for getting premium for 0.99 3 months and its seemed that the payment didn't go through so I tried a couple of times more but I checked my banking account and it was missing 3 dollars on it so where my money went???!! my email *snip*
