My Question or Issue

I was sent a message at the end of July asking me to update my payment information, which I did.  But I was immediately charged for a premium membership.  When I tried to change it back to family it said on the site that I would be charged again on the 20th of this month for the family membership.   Now I'm on a very limited fixed income and had set aside exactly enough money for my monthly family membership costs. So when the 20th roll around in 5 days I am not going to have the funds in my account to pay for a monthly subscription to the family plan.  If this issue is not resolved I will be forced to cancel my membership all together and will tell all damily and friends to do the same.
