My Question or Issue

I just paid for the 3 month individual plan through upi app GPay. The amount has been secured from my account but the premium hasn’t been activated. Indiaideas sent me a request on my upi app and I made the payment. The Spotify shows free account despite the payment.

@simranBanga I had the same issue on my OnePlus 7T right now so I tried updating the app...that worked for me.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

 

As @MSN129 says you can start by logging out and in again and updating the app to make sure everything is up to date with the app. 

 

If that doesn't do it for you, keep in mind that with some payment providers it does take up to 48 hour to process your payment. So we'd also recommend waiting a bit and your subscription should kick in. And if it doesn't the money should get back to your account as it hasn't been processed correctly.
