Premium not cancelled

Premium not cancelled

I cancelled my Premium subsription during last month and it was supposed to return to Free today. But when logging in today the Premium subscription is still there and it has tried to charge my credit card. "Luckily" the card has expired and the payment didn't go through, but I need help setting the account back to Free. Please help!

Hey @Wieehaa,

 

It sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.
