My Question or Issue

Why payment was successful (money from my card was debited, log about payment by 05.04.22), but in my account view, that premium not paid?

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks for the post.

 

If you've received the bill for a payment, then it must have gone through successfully. Sometimes it takes a few hours for the system to update the status of your subscription, which might be the case here.

 

Can you let us know if you're still getting the message that your Premium hasn't been paid?
