Premium not reflected on account even the payment is done

Premium not reflected on account even the payment is done

I have done the payment for the premium for Spotify, but it is not being reflected on my Spotify account and the money is already being deducted. This happened last year as well but I overlooked assuming a glitch, but same thing happing again is not acceptable for such a professional platform

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard! Consider looking at your account page to see if the account is actually on free. If it's on Premium, try restarting the app and logging out and then back in so that the Premium appears. If the account is on free, double check your receipts both on the account page and on your payment details, perhaps the payment didn't actually go through or it was made on another account.
