Premium not registered.

Premium not registered.

I've bought the 0.99 premium offer. Via my iPhone.
I got the confirming e-mail, but my status hasn't changed on the phone. It still says "free"...?

I've tried logging out, turning off the phone, even deleting, and re-installing the app, and waited a few days... nothing works.
I haven't got a computer, so phone or iPad, is my only tools...

Hey @waberzeck and welcome to the community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.

I've tried this already, i'm having the same issue, and it's still showing "free" on the app.
What else can i do ?
