Premium not working I think I have created 2 accounts with the same email

I have recently upgraded to an iPhone 7 and get 24 subscription to Spotify premium included. I have set this up on my phone and created an accounT using my email address. When I go onTo the app I don't have the premium version and its my subscription as free but when I log in online it's states premium. I noticed on the app I have some playlists and remembered I downloaded Spotify on my old phone but for free and these playlists are from then. I would have used the same email address so now I think the app is recognising the free version and not my premium. Vodafone has asked to see if I can get all of my accounts deleted to start again. Please help?

I get your problem, but I don't understand what you want to do. I have three things to add to this: 

1. You can't use create two spotify accounts with the same email, so exclude that.

2. Spotify is having a lot of problems with registering new spotify premium users, so I advise waiting some days to see if your account has  become premium. There are so many users that spotify needs a day or two.

3. To delete your account, go here: support.spotify.com > account > close spotify account permanently
