Premium not working offline

Premium not working offline

I have upgraded to Spotify Premium, and seem to have every feature except being able to play music offline. When I upgraded the email was incorrect so I was not sent a receipt. I have since updated my information but it still doesn't work. Others in my family plan have the same problem. Any thoughts?

I'd recommend reinstalling the Spotify app. Maybe that'll fix it 🙂
