Premium not working on new phone.

Premium not working on new phone.

Premium member, payment comes out monthly etc. Switched to a newer iPhone downloaded apps the same. Logged into Spotify using Facebook as always. However, upon logging in using Facebook it comes up as free version not premium. Many playlist I had saved are no longer on my account. HELP.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
