Premium not working

Premium not working

Hi! A week ago I subscribed for the offer of having Premium for three months at a lower cost and then continue with the monthly cost. When I check I can see the card used for my payment is registered but it still says I have Spotify Free. From August 24 the regular payment starts but how can I get access to Premium right now when I only pay 9 SwCr a month

Yesterday I bought this package 3 monthly and shows that I have free version

Did you get any email from Spotify confirming your payment?

 

Also can you please check your bank account and tell me if the account shows as pending or deducted?

I got a receipt from Spotify dated May 24 and the payment is done. I have a number if you need that.

That is odd. 

 

Could you please double check that the account your logging into were you are seeing the free status is the same account you used to pay for the subscription on?

 

If all that is in order I would reccommend that you contact Spotify here and they can take look to see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
